At Ultra Minds, we aim to provide high-quality sportswear, school uniforms, and merchandise. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason (“cooling-off period”), unless the product is exempt.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned within 14 days of notification, unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items):
- Customized products (e.g., printed jerseys, personalized merchandise)
- Items made to specific customer requirements
Returns may also be accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product).
For sports academy services, registration fees are generally non-refundable once the program has started. Exceptions may be considered in special cases.
Ultra Minds reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
